Throughout this particularly challenging year, Groupe ADP was able to demonstrate its high level of control by proactively launching an optimisation plan, introducing part-time working and securing its cash level. Despite lower revenue, it succeeded in keeping EBITDA in the black at €168 million, at the same time as taking service quality and its non-financial rating to new levels. All these factors give the Group the resources it needs to succeed in its transformation. Given that Paris Aéroport traffic is not likely to return to its 2019 level until some point between 2024 and 2027, the Group is now preparing to make the transition from a financial and employment model based on air traffic growth to a new model designed to be more agile and more efficient in times of crisis.
