Our priority in 2020 was to reassure all our employees, customers, passengers and stakeholders, and ensure that all of them remained safe. We did that by rolling out an effective system of health protection in all our terminals, which we then adjusted as the months progressed. To ensure airport operational continuity, we constantly modulated the capacity of our terminals to reflect the declining air traffic volumes.Perhaps most importantly of all, we’ve focused on preparing to welcome back passengers from all over the world under optimum conditions of comfort and convenience.
